The Sansthan has formally been constituted on the pious 137 th birth centenary of param poojaya Jyotishpeethudhaarak Jagatguru Shankaracharya Bhamahaleen Swami Bramahannad Sarawati Maharaj. Jagatguru Shankaracharya Bhamahaleen Swami Bramahannad Sarawati Maharaj had assumed the ceremonious title of the Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath in the year 1941(constituted by none other than ADIGURU SHANKARACHARYA MAHARAJ) which had been lying unoccupied due to the dearth of an apt saint commensurating with the charismatic divine aura required for the highly revered position. In his stinct of 12 years, Poojayashri assiduously dissiminated the message of the SANATAN DHARMA across length and breadth of the country untill departing for the heavenly abode in the year 1953. It is worth mentioning that under the divine discipleship of the poojyashri ,a galaxy of widely revered saints flourished who were blessed to have reached the pinnacle of the spiritual enlightenment. The core of their impeccable spiritual upliftment lied underneath the divine company and gracious mentoring of the Poojya GURUDEV whose spiritual ecstasy showered the blend of GYAN, BHAKTI, JAP, POOJAN and DHYANA with the perpetual bliss consciousness. Noted among them are Swami Hariharananad Saraswatiji( Karpatriji), Swami Akhandanand Saraswatiji, Unassuming and charismatic Mahershi Mahesh Yogiji, Bramhaleen Shri Jugal Kishore Shrivastavaji, and Shri Jageshwar Prasad Shrivastavaji, whose benevolence and unflinching noble service to the society, following the path of the spirituality and the righteousness of the SANATAN DHARMA as mentored by the Poojaya Gurudev.
